After a late night yesterday we had an easy day.We had a bit of a lie in and after a leisurely breakfast, we had a stroll around the hotel,enjoying the sunshine.Riverside is a lovely resort. The gardens in the mansion area are really nice,very formal and well themed. The Bayou section follows its more rustic themeing quite well, although we allways stay in the mansions.The whole resort is very nice. We thought we would go over to MK and spend a few hours there before heading to DTD. The park was not too busy considering it was midmorning when we got there. We browsed in the shops in Main Street then went to POTC. Just as we got there Captain Jack was about to start his show so we waited to watch him. 
He was the better one of the two I've seen. We first saw him last year and someone behind me was convinced he was Johnny Depp, he has him off to a T. After that we went into pirates for a bit of yo ho ho-ing. TMRR was next, and of course I whooped and hollered and of course I was admonished by DW ( she would be dissapointed if I didn't do it ). Off one train and onto another, getting off at Mickey's Toon Town. DS and I wanted to ride the Barnstormer. We know it's for kids, but thats what we are at WDW.
Of course we visited Mickey and Minnies home ( well you've got to haven't you ). It was past lunchtime now so we had the usual "where shall we eat, don't know, not bothered, anywhere" conversation. Columbia Harbor House won the day, DW's favourite in MK even though she hasn't forgiven them for not serving the clam chowder in a bread bowl any more.
After lunch we watched Philarmagic, then walked over to to the TTA. It is a nice relaxing ride so we stayed on for a another curcuit. When we went through SM it was all lit up, there must have been a technical hitch!. We had seen this before on a previous trip so it may be a regular thing. It certainly looks a lot different than usual.We do Buzz L again,DW in control again. DS and DDIL decided to leave us as they wanted to go back to POR and get ready for DTD they had tickets for the premiere of I am Legend.
DW and I spent the rest of the afternoon , just strolling and people watching.
We found ourselves at Casey's Corner where I had a cookie sandwich while the parade went by.We decided we would return to POR as well and made our way to the top of Main Street and and through the shops to the exit, where we bumped into DS and DDIL.They hadn't got very far!
We went back to our room,partook of some Anhueser Busch products
whilst changing and caught the ferry to DTD. DS and DDIL went off to shop and have something to eat before the movie started, while DW and I sauntered about. We popped into the Art of Disney. i like this shop,lots of good stuff in here.I can see DW walking around thinking " Ooh thats nice,I like that, pretty" The Christmas Shop and DW is registering in her mind what she is taking home. We have to go to Ghiradellis, bannana split for me hot fudge sundae for DW. 
We then head over to the Virgin store as we have our eye on a Sony camera for DW, less than half U.K. price, an early Christmas present sorted.Coming out we see DS and DDIL with some souveniers they had bought at Planet Hollywood so we took them off their hands and took them back for them.
They go off to get their popcorn
and we have a wander into the HOB. Once back at POR we have a nightcap or 2 before retiring for the evening.
