Family of 6. 3 girls ages 13, 11, 8 and the boy 6. We are doing 3 Universal days and 2 Disney.

Tenative,
Not staying on property so will book FP for 30 day window.
4/9, Universal Harry Potter Focus

4/10 HS Will have to do the Frozen sing along and Beauty and the Beast, Star wars night show. Toy story first FP. Do I use FP for Frozen sing along? tt We will do the stunt show, Beauty and Beast, Star Wars night show and the main rides.

4/11 beach day at Cocoa Beach

4/12 Universal/IoA Younger kid focus with older kid stuff sprinkled in. Could split up.

4/13 MK. have to do the princesses, story time with belle, Mickey. I know Snow white needs to be first without FP. What is best FP strategy? Belle ? PP? Kids love Big Thunder Railroad. We will probably do open to close for this day. Would love itinerary help and FP suggestions.

4/14 Universal / IOA Whatever we missed or want to redo.

Thanks for the help. I know wrong thread but clueless about Universal.

You're right about the mine train first, and be there a bit before rope drop to make sure you aren't too far back in the crowd. If you're staying all day, I'd try FP for later morning or early afternoon, lines should be more manageable early morning without it. After that keep going for fourth, fifth, etc as you go through the day as much as possible. Just not sure if FP for your rides/characters will be there same day, those aren't the priority for us. Just make sure to plan rest breaks either at shows, meals, or snacks. Personally I would recommend a FP for PP since it's so popular and so slow to load, especially if you aren't starting there at rope drop. Can literally save you an hour or more in line, if it's a must do ride. And in my experience it's harder to get that as a fourth FP sometimes than other popular rides.

I think a big part of a successful day is to identify the rides/shows you can't miss, and make a plan around that!

The stunt show is gone, so that should free up some time.

I would make a list of rides by priority for each park. When your FP+ window opens, start with number one and go from there. You're there during one of the busiest weeks of the year, so your choices are going to be slim, it's going to be crowded, and getting extra FP after your first 3 will be iffy as well.

Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular is still there. Lights, Motors, Action is gone.
