ginad-- We downloaded and installed the free Walt Disney font from fontspace.com. We used Word Art in Word to make the circles (we divided the names evenly between the ears and used twice as much in the head as in the ears.) Then, we copied and pasted each circle separately into paint and saved them as jpeg files. We could then put them together in the Mickey head shape in Gimp (free photoshop knock-off, you can downoad it online). Gimp can be a little hard to use at first, but whenever we ran into a problem we just googled it. HTH, there might be an easier way, but that was how we did it.
