Family T-Shirt Design Request

We have a LARGE family trip planned for Disney World in June. There are 27 of us going- aging from 1 to 73! I saw a thread a lady used to make mouse ear families with personalized skin color, hair color, facial hair, etc. I'm sure this is a big task but we would LOVE this design for the back of our T-shirts. (They will be lime green)
Does anyone else do this? Is it something someone wants to take on with 27 faces? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help!!!
