Family suites v Connecting Rooms

I thought the AoA rooms were supposed to have a King size in the bedroom and a pull out Full size couch, one Twin size pullout chair, and one Twin Size Innovabed?

Right now the resort page on Disney's site lists a queen sized bed in the master, a double sized sofa sleeper and a double sized Inova table-bed. No mention of a sleep chair. http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/resorts/art-of-animation-resort/rates-rooms/

So that tells me the intention at this point is three separate beds in the new family suites, rather than the four that are in the All Star suites. For just my own family that would be fine - one bed for DH & I, one for DS13, and one for the girls to share - but my mom often travels with us so the All-Stars layout is much, much better from our perspective. The only way we'd fit in the AoA suites is if we brought an air mattress or something, because DS13 won't share a bed with either of his sisters (nor would I ask him to at this age).

**Update** I called back and asked another supervisor the same question and got the same answer. She said that the website doesn't list it yet because the resort is not open but it will.

We are new to Disney and are still planning our first trip for our family of 6. We have decided to go with the Deluxe accomodations and priced out connecting rooms, villas and a deluxe room/club level. For us, one club level/deluxe room was $350 cheaper then two connecting rooms and we were guaranteed to be together. I heard that Disney tries to accomodate a request but there is no guarantee of connecting rooms. I didn't want to be one of those few that didn't get what I asked for.

The deluxe room at the Wilderness Lodge has a seperate bedroom with 2 queen beds and a living area with a queen sleep sofa. It only has one bathroom we can manage.

For my family, staying at ASMu is $45.12 cheaper than 2 connecting preferred rooms. By the time I add in a refridgerator for one of the rooms for our stay, it's $125 to do the 2 connecting rooms. So, we're sticking with the Family Suites at ASMu, unless we have to switch for a discount.
8 nights in Family Suite @ ASMu, with 7 day park hoppers ~ $3620.08
8 nights in 2 rooms at ASMo, with 7 day park hoppers ~ $3665.20
The fridge is $10 per night, so add another $80 to the ASMo ressie.

That's why I specified "pending a release of an official floor plan" (though DIS trip reports may come first! ) - the layout of the ASMu suites was in flux right up until they opened and I know the same is likely for the AoA suites. Once they open I'll re-evaluate based on the actual, documented physical layout but right now I'm just going by the limited info Disney has released thus far.

Ahhh I see what you mean now. I misunderstood. But just so you know, the last CM Supervisor I talked to kinda got testy with me when I pressed her about being sure since the website still doesn't show it. She said that she is looking at the memo from the office that shows exactly what was going to be in the room. But I'm like you. I'll wait for it to be publicly addressed by Disney before I go counting things as gospel.

Yes, but those Deluxe rooms at Wilderness Lodge are never included in the Free Dining promos and I'm not giving up that $1,500.00 discount. We will stick with the 2 connecting rooms at a value resort.
