I have not been in them, but from the floor plans I have seen, I can see that they would be tight when the pull outs are open as mom22belles mentioned.
Also, people have posted that the handicapped accessible ones can be anywhere in the area where the family villas are. The ADA specifies that accessible rooms should be located in all areas/view types.
Also, you will need to be specific what you need. Some resorts have grab bars in all the tubs of the first floor rooms and consider them handicapped accessible. If that is what you need, you can specify that. There is a picture of a tub with grab bars in the resort post of the disABILITIES FAQs thread near the top of this board.
But, if you need a room that is fully handicapped accessible, with a roll in shower, those are in shorter supply and you do need to arrange that with the WDW Special Reservations Department.
