Family Suites booking

Why is it not possible to add tickets and dining to the Family Suite at ASMu? I have to vent my frustration at the online system - First, when I was checking for availability, it was showing none. Then a room shows up but won't let me book tickets or DDP? Why?

I booked through Dreams Unlimited and had on issues with DDP or park tickets.

I would suggest booking it on the phone. There seems to be a problem on their website with this.
