my sister (4)watches stuff like spongebob squarepants and teen titans

she then copies it

this is worriesome especially when she sees the episode of spongebob where he rips his pants

also, she will practice fighting the dog, kicking him like the characters in teen titans

How can tv have ratings that say it's appropriate when it obviously isn't?
How can i get my sister to stop?
