family of the week?

I was talking to a co-worker today, and he was telling me his nephew is currently at Disney with a friend and his friend's family (I think his nephew is 12 or so). Anyway, he told me they were chosen as family of the week. I heard of family of the day at the resorts, but never heard of this (although I don't come to this forum often). Anyway, he said they were given a huge suite for the week, given fast passes for the week, food is comped, everyday they boys get gifts, are in parades, etc. I'm not sure he has the whole story straight though. He was going to talk to his sister again tonight. He did not know what resort they were in either. Anyway, it sounded very cool! He said his nephew doesn't want to come home!!!

Wow, I had only heard of Family of the Day as well. Family of the Week sounds GREAT!! Let us know if you get any updates!
