We have reservations at OKW for 6 people in a Grand Villa. Four of us are flying in and arriving on check in day. My 2 college aged kids will be arriving a day or two later due to their finals that week. My question is, can they ride DME when they arrive a few days after we check in? Since they are away in college, their magic bands will be shipped to our home address. I'm beginning to think they may have to take alternate transportation to our resort. Thoughts?

Of course they can take it, as long as you've arranged it for them. They don't *need* the MBs for DME. Their info can be looked up.

That's the problem. I can't arrange it for them since they won't know what day they're coming till a few days before. They're light travelers so I'm not worried about luggage tags, but can I arrange for DME the day before they leave?

Yes! Easily - just call DME - I arranged one for my son within hours (flying home early to beat the blizzard) and for a friend on fligth day that changed plans from a Saturday morning flight to a Friday afternoon flight

Yes, as long as they are on the reservation they can use DME whenever they arrive and or depart as long as it is within the reservation days (not before or after) We have actually done this about once a year on our annual family get together as not everyone comes and goes on the same days. I would make the DME reservation for the day you anticipate them flying in and the update the flight info when you have it.

If the reservation CM has trouble doing the reservations without a flight number then call DME directly as they have more experience booking without flights.
