Is this fun? Do you think a 10 year old boy would like it or is it for younger kids?

No, it's for all ages. Be prepared to find your inner kid, LOL. My 10 yo twins loved it last year!!! As did their parents.

We did it in January with my DD5 and my 12 yr. old niece. She liked it. You do have to be corney and do things in front of people. If he can do that then I think he'll have fun. Does he like to meet the characters? If so, then that's good too because you meet one at the end of the tour. At the end of ours we all meet Wendy.
