Ive just found this online when I was looking fro birthday treats for my 8 yr old. I think at around £100 for the 5 of us its really reasonably priced but would love to hear of other peoples views as ive never heard it mentioned on here before.
Thanks Louise x

We did the tour a few years ago and it is brilliant! I would definitely recommend it! :)

We did it for our youngest 6th birthday treat, other other son would have been 8 at the time. It's really fun but to get the most out of it you should go along with an open mind and, if it follows the same program, be prepared to join in and make a bit of a fool of yourself.

We had an absolute blast and ended up crawling along the floor of Cosmic Ray's on our bellies and "tic tocking" and clapping our arms/hands like Hook's crocidile through Fantasyland.

On the "up side" :lmao: :lmao: our youngest got to walk hand in hand with Peter Pan (his hero at the time) from Frontierland to Fantasy land and then sit next to him whilst we rode It's A Small World.

So I would say a big "YES" it's great fun and as you can see we've got wonderful magical, memories.

We did it on our last trip and I loved it. My DDs were really a bit too old but they good-naturedly humoured their poor old mum!! ;) We weren't able to spend the end of the tour on a ride/attraction due to there being a midday parade taking place so went to a private area where Peter Pan and Wendy played noughts and crosses (or tic tac toe as Peter called it!) and other playground games ~ absolutely perfect for the young children who were on our tour.

Info about the tour is here. Your 8 year old will be just the right age for it. :thumbsup2

Enjoy!! :wizard:

This sounds really interesting

When we go my DD's will be a almost 7 and two months off turning 6 - do you think this will a good age?

day

I think that's a great age to go, as I said my 2 DS's were 6 the day we did the tour and 3 months off turning 8. Go for it :thumbsup2

We did this when DD was 5 y.o. and loved it.

It's more like a scavenger hunt than a tour, and yes, you have to be prepared to act a bit daft and join in, but all in all it's great value for money for a very unique experience. :goodvibes

I think any age from about 3 to maybe 9 would have a blast! :thumbsup2

We have just done this in December. At the end of the 'hunt' we were met by only Wendy - so it may depend daily as to how it ends??

Thanks all im now off to phone and see if i can book it !! getting so excited now im positivly bouncing !!
