Eastern Shore of MD here…I WISH I had a more of a reason for snow tires
as for wiper blades & fluid- that’s something we check periodically but not necessarily for winter. We will be mowing till end of October most likely, and all we do is park the zero turn & push mower in the barn. The big tractor
we use year round, so nothing particular there besides regular maintenance. I’ll order a cord of wood since we didn’t split any ourselves, and a pallet of pellets for stove in basement. Grill stays hooked up and on porch since we use it year round. Some porch furniture goes in barn, a few pieces stay out since we still enjoy sitting out on porch in winter.
As far as a hurricane or a decent snow storm, I’ll prepare when/if it’s forecast for us.
We do have a new pool, so I still need to order a cover and figure out what we need to do to shut it down for the winter (don’t worry, we know & we are on top of it).
We probably have a solid 2+ months before we will need to worry about being chilly.
