Fall Is Here, Candles Scents in Your House.

A new Yankee Candle "swirl" Harvest wreath. its Autumn Wreath and Autumn leaves swirled together-YUM!

That swirl is divine - I have another fall swirl here to start this weekend - Pumkin Patch - Harvest mixed with Spiced Pumpkin. MMMMMM!!! The other swirl I will wait til next week to start - Cinnamon Applesauce - it's Macintosh Spice mixed with Cinnamon & Sugar.

I do have almond cookie too.

How is the almond cookie? I LOVE that scent, so I'm curious to smell this candle.

I was wondering about the Almond Cookie too. I love the scent of almond but wonder how it smells when burning.

Since I don't have a concept of seasons, I have apple custard in my bathroom and french vanilla in my room. Hey, who says guys can't love scented candles?

I don't normally think Glade candles are strong enough except for small rooms, but I find the lone exception being the apple and custard one, which is burning right now... yum.

Spiced Vanilla... I bought it at Rite Aid on sale, I figured for the price if the scent wasn't there after burning it then no big loss, but it's really good. You don't loose the scent like you do on "cheap" candles.

I just got Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin from Bath and Body a few days ago and it's smelling up my whole house. I love it. I think it's definately one of my new faves.

Downstairs I have Home Sweet Home burning, with Harvest and Autumn Wreath tarts next in line. Upstairs I have reed diffusers in Sun and Sand scented oil. So it's fall downstairs and summer upstairs.

What is everyone using to burn candles in? I have tarts that I use in an electric burner that has a fall design on it, and a YC ceramic holder that has a Halloween scene. It has two trick or treaters (a witch and a pirate) knocking on a door. There is a saucer that holds a tart candle that hangs above a tea light candle surrounded by tiny pumpkins.

I seldom buy anything other than the tarts and votives.

I've got macintosh burning in the kitchen and just lit Mom's apple pie in the living room.

Autumn Wreath and Autumn Leaves are old favorites for this time of year. I have also had that swirl of them both which is great. I bought the new Autumn Fruit and really like it as well.

It's always vacation time in my family room because it has a nautical/beachy/tropical theme to the decor so in here I have "Pineapple Cilantro" and "Island Spa" currently burning.

However, the rest of the house always has seasonal (or neutral like Buttercream) candles burning. Right now the kitchen has "Pumpkin Pie" and the living room has "Cranberry Chutney". I also have a "Harvest" candle waiting in the wings.

I usually have scents like Vanilla Cupcake, Buttercream, and fruit scents on hand too, since I like those any time of the year.

Oh yeah, DH has Macintosh burning at his desk.

I am burning a for every body Blueberry Muffin candle...I used to use YC, but then started buying For Every Body candles at Kohl's and on the candle's website and haven't bought a YC in several years. For Every Body candles smell just as awesome(and have better scents) and are SO much cheaper!

The one I have going now is Home Sweet Home.. apparently it's "A heartwarming blend of cinnamon, baking spices, and a hint of freshly poured tea". It just smells like fall to me.

This is my all time favorite scent. I get a few for gifts every year!

I am sooo jealous. We are closing on our first house on October 16th but not moving in until the 31st. I can't wait to burn some candles in my own house.

I like Home Sweet Home, Harvest, Autumn Wreath, Pumpkin Spice and Cranberry Chutney. Then it will be time for Christmas decorations and Christmas candles ... Can't wait!!

My favorite for Fall is Harvest. I also love the Spiced Cider scent from Bath and Body works.

I also have "Tobacco Flower" oil that I am burning from The Body Shop.

HA!!! I read this as "tabacco flavor" and thought, does that smell like cigarette smoke? But now that I'm typing this, what does a tobacco flower smell like?

I'm burning YC Candied Apple right now, I also have YC Christmas Cookie and YC Honeydew. I was tempted to buy YC Vanilla Pumpkin last week when I picked up the candied apple and christmas cookie, but I decided not too. I may go back this week and pick it up though!
