I realize that asking which of these dates is the least crowded or lightest is pretty relative, there aren't really down times these days, but if you were going to pick one of these weeks which would it be? Last week or Sept. second week or Oct. (a few days after Columbus day because I know that weekend it busy) or third week in Oct. In theory we want the least lowest crowd size possible and the hopes of slightly cooler temperatures. Having been multiple times of the year I understand the difficulty there, but which of those three would you guys pick?

If you don't already have something booked, the second week in october will be tough to find lodging as there's a massive conference that week. The 3rd week of October might be the best bet for temps/crowds....

the way I find slowest times is I go look at the prices of the hotels when the hotels are cheapest the parks are normally less crowded.
