fall birthday party help

First of all I want to say hi to all of you, ive lurked around on this board many many times...lol...so i know this is definately the place to come for help, all of you are so very talented and have good recipes and great ideas! Heres my dilema, I'm having a surprise 60th birthday for my mom in 2 weeks, we're having a outdoor stew for her and of course birthday cake, I need a few ideas for a few finger foods and if anyone has recipes for broccoli cornbread and mexican cornbread I would greatly appreciate those too. If anyone can come up with anything at all I will read everything!!

Stuffed Mushrooms, deviled eggs, buffalo wings, poppy seed and sesame seed bread sticks, paninis, chicken satay, bbq sticks, spring rolls, summer rolls, egg rolls, won tons, and crab ragoons.

Hi Cindy~

Some ideas I have are:

Stuffed mushrooms
Cocktail franks in sweet & sour sauce (chili sauce & grape jelly)
Swedish meatballs
Spinach dip placed in a hollowed out bread, served with bread chunks
cheese & crackers
Fruit kabobs
Sea scallops wrapped in bacon

ideas, I had completely forgotten about deviled eggs and
stuffed mushrooms...and the apples with carmel dip sounds especially yummy! If anyone else has any more ideas keep em
