Fall 2014 PI

I haven't seen a thread started yet for professional internships for Fall 2014. Has anyone else applied for any? I thought we could share our experiences.

Hi! I applied for 6 last Thursday in the digital marketing/media fields.

Unfortunately I was NLIC for one of those immediately after applying but I'm still in submission for the rest.

I've heard a lot of alumni are doing phone interviews. Sadly I haven't done the CP. good luck with your interview!

Hi everyone!

I have applied for a lot of PI and am still in the submission stage!? I was wondering, almost all the PI's close on Feb. 28th, so will I not hear anything until closer to the close date?

I'm beginning to get worried...

MERMAIDchar, I am also stuck in submission in all of mine...I mean I'm obviously happy I didn't get any NLIC but I was hoping for at least one phone interview. Oh well, I have a PI for CP tomorrow and hoping for the best for that. Either way working for Disney would be a dream come true

I am in submission stage for mine as well. I think right now that only alumni are receiving phone interviews. From what I have read I think it's going to be awhile before we hear anything. Waiting isn't fun though.

Thanks for the reply! I feel so much better now, really Thank You! Waiting isn't fun, but as the sign in the exit queue of Indiana Jones at DLR says "Good Things Come To Those Who Wait"

Yeah don't worry MERMAIDchar, it's just the Alumni Only positions that are getting phone interviews right now. I'm assuming we won't move to In Progress (if we're being considered) until after the applications close later this month.

I have a PI this week for an Accounting and Finance position. I am not an alumni though. I was listed as In Progress for about a week then today was the change in status and an email to set up the interview.

It's weird. I got two emails but when I click the link they both take me to the same job.

Oh, I also applied to the FB Group.
