Falcon Square Apartments?

Hi there. I am looking at apartments and was wondering if anyone here has seen/lived in Falcon Square apartments in Winter Garden? Are they nice? Is the area non-ghetto?

I live about 1.5 hours from Orlando and I was going to look at some apartments in person. Are you still looking for a roommate? I'm looking to share an apartment with another intern.
