Hi folks,

I am excited to be finally writting this it when you know your holiday is really approaching.

So the Cast

Leanne (me) (19) princess: disney Extravaganza will be my 8th visit to wdw :)

David (DBF) (22) pirate: This is his first visit to WDW and the states :)

So our once upon time starts

Wednesday 15th October

our flight is at 10.30 so hopefully with no delays we shall arive at Sanford at 16.45. in a land far far away flying from bristol airport (about 30 mins from my house) so we have to stop at manchester to refuel, change crew and not sure if any one else gets on :S for an hour and then on our way to ORLANDO FLORIDA!! We are staying offsite at the Quality inn maingate west (we have read mixed reviews on this place but it will literally just be where we sleep so we aren't going to be to upset by it). I think we will just get used to where we are and take a walk around, we are getting a car but the least we have to use it the better.

Thursday 16th October

Animal Kingdom me and dbf aren't bothered about being there for rope drop we are just going to get up when we want and head to the park in no rush. We have reservations and rainforest cafe at 4.45 and im so excited i have wanted to go there for years but never have got round to when i've been with parents. We haven't decided what we will do that evening as AK isnt open very late probably walmart and target he he every one loves a bargin.

Friday 17th October

Holly wood studios (still mgm to me lol) we are thinking of getting up earlier this day because DBF is the biggest toy story fan ever ad have heard how busy toy story mania gets. We plan stay all day seeing shows and parades and all the rides we are eating at pizza planet here lunch and tea if DBF gets his own way :rotfl: then fantasmic my most favourite firework show ever :)

Saturday 18th October

We are going to avoid WDW parks on weekends just going to shop relax by the pool and enjoy being away together. I think we will probably go to down town disney. We are planning to go and see the water pagent one weekend night and watch wishes from the beach most probably saturday as sunday is hallowishes and we will see that on tuesday.

Sunday 19th October

Same again one really lazy day hopefully mall at millenia and florida mall. Oh yeah DBF wants to go crazy golf this day as its just a walk from our hotel by the looks of it on google earth.

Monday 20th October

Epcot i cant wait i love epcot i love all the different lands i hink we will end up staying here all day just because i could spend all week here i love it so much :) we are eating at coral reef i have arranged for menus for DBF and he doesnt know :) (again i have wanted to eat here for a few years but has always been too busy left it too late to book.) I think we will have fish and chips from the UK for tea just to have that little taste of home :) and watch illumintions i havent seen these for years so deffintly looking forward to it :)

Tuesday 21st October

Magic Kingdom :maleficen :hmghost: :maleficen :hmghost: MNSSHP NIGHT

:lovestruc Home again :lovestruc Oh i love it here soo much i really do feel like this is where i belong. DBF has done most of the planning for this day so i dont know where we are eating or any thing. I am not a fan of surprises dont get me wrong i some one just comes out of the blue and surprises you then great but when you know its happening but dont know what or when its a tease lol. All i know is that we are going for rope drop because i want to see the opening ceremony and ride buzz over and over again (im not the biggest fan of this ride DBF is) we are going home at lunch and coming back for the parade and then staying all night for MNSSHP I loved it soo much last year we didnt think we were going to go as couldnt afford it but a bi of extra work and we are on our way.

Wednesday 22nd october

Home day :sad1: :sad1:

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO i dont want to stomping my feet folding my arms lol we are having a lie in this day as flight isnt until afternoon. (Why we planned MNSSHP for our last night. ) Probably have a little wonder round again after breakfast and then head back to the airport :( we should arrive back early thursday morning.

soooooooooo excited x x sorry if i have bored you all but i just love planning it and i think i have bored every one i know with i so thought i would come on here lol

soo hopefully it will end happily ever after x x x

We have stayed at Quality Inn Maingate West 3 times and would stay there again but the option is not there with virgin so Ho-jo is our second choice. Never had a problem with it, it's a short drive to disney, less than ten minutes. Pool is ok and serves it's purpose. pretty quiet except for the occasional fire engine hurtling down the 192. Massive supermarket across the 192 so you can walk across for your bits and bobs.
Sounds like a good trip planned.
Enjoy.

1999 - Quality Inn, Kissimmee.(21 Nights)
2003 - Howard Johnson, Kissimmee (14 Nights) (Married during our stay)
2005 - Quality Inn, Kissimmee. (14 Nights)
2006 - Quality Inn, Kissimmee. (21 Nights)
2007 - Howard Johnson, Kissimmee. (21 Nights)
2008 - Howard Johnson, Kissimmee. (21 Nights)
2009 - Howard Johnson, (7 Nights), Disney ASMu (21 Nights) (28 Nights total)

Not long now! In my experience, you'll be at AK for opening on your first day whether you've planned it or not. The jet lag always has me awake at the crack of dawn and way too excited to go back to sleep. :)

have you have the greatest time

Sounds like you have a great trip planned!

We were at Hollywood Studios at opening on Friday 17th October to get FP and to ride Toy Story before the queues grew to hours. Maybe we were near each other in the crush? (There was an English family chosen to open the park that day and we whooped along with a few other Brits when England was mentioned). What did you think of the ride? Looking forward to hearing about it when you return!
