Is Merida still the only meet and greet in Fairytale Garden? Do her wait times get long during the day? Thanks!

1. Yes.

2. I wouldn't expect much more than 40-45 minutes usually, but summer crowds may inflate that a bit.

She is currently the only one greeting in there yes
Her lines are usually quite long, sometimes they look a lot longer than they are. They line up her next "set" outside of the greeting area, then once that set time starts, let everyone into the garden, if you're unsure ask the attendant and they'll be able to tell you more.

But with all the frozen madness going on I'm sure it'd be worth it to go right at rope drop and see her with minimal wait

As Mesaboy said no. Also she stops meeting at 6:15....at least according to MDE app today. I know this was true back in Dec as well so she doesn't even meet right until close.
