I don't think Fairy Godmothers went out of business but I can't say for certain. I know for me, the first time we used an in room service, I felt more comfortable being able to go to the kidsniteout website and check them out. THey seemed more professional to me- just merely based on being able to see them online and from their phone service. This is not to say FG's aren't professional- just as a first time user, I felt better using this other service because I could see it first. We had a great experience with our dd2.
