My wife and I got married the very same day this year.

The difference is that our wedding was 98% less complicated and we drove 13.5 hours to Disney right after.

We probably passed each other in the parks.. we were at Disney for the week and had a wonderful time (See my trip reports - Disney as a honeymoon: May 6th - May 14th). Did your daughter and son-in-law wear the wedding themed mouse-ear caps?

Thanks for a great report and pictures. If we had the resources, we'd of been married the same way.

I have been following your trip report! It's been hard catching up on the boards since my daughter's wedding, but the words 'Disney honeymoon' caught my eye. It sounds like you both had a great time.

My daughter and son-in-law did wear the wedding mouse ears to the parks a few days before the wedding. The day after the wedding they left for their honeymoon on the Disney cruise - there was too much family hanging around for them to have any privacy at WDW.
