Could someone confirm for me that postcards and stamps can be purchased at the parks, resorts? Also, can the postcards be mailed at resorts?

Yes, the resorts sell postcards, stamps, and have a mailbox to mail your postcards from. They sell pens too if you forget to bring one.

They sell postcards as well. I'm not sure about the stamps but my guess is yes. You can mail from the parks as well.
