Fairfx advise please

Please can someone help

After reading these boards every night and all the good reports of the FairFx card I have registered with them and my card came yesterday!

I now need to activate my card. But, after following the instructions it asks for my activation code from my email, What does this look like as I cannot find it

Any help appreciated

just email them and they will send another one out, i didnt get mine the first time around so I emailed them and they sent one out via email straight away.

Also if you google it there is a 0207 number to call them and speak to them if that helps a bit better
