It's an ok resort, but it is not a totally managed FF resort. There are at least two POAs at this resort. Make sure that it is indeed a FF unit/points. As with any Florida timeshare maintenance fees tend to be a bit higher and property taxes are not included. One nice thing though is if you purchased here you will trade through II, so the DVC resorts are always a possibility. (There is no Orlando block for DVC when trading FF points.) Also, you can use your points (assuming it is a points contract you will be purchasing) at any other FF resort. With FF the points contracts have the most flexibility.
