Fairfield Inn on Westwood (near Seaworld/Discovery Cove)

I am kicking around the idea of doing a last minute trip, in about 6 weeks (not exactly last minute!)

I've seen this Fairfield Inn on hotelkingdom, but didn't see it on Fairfield website (unless the address is on a different cross street)

Anyway, does anyone know if this property still exists?
