Does anyone know about this place? We are going for 2 weeks at Easter (excepting the few days we have booked at Universal for FOTL access :) ). I haven't heard much about it and I'm keen to know if its easy to walk to I-Drive from here, in case we want to leave the car and go for a bit of a wander (and perhaps a drink ;) )

Thanks in advance for any help

I stayed there last August. It was a hassle to get there with the traffic. It was all right for the price. Has a hot tub which was nice. Free continental breakfast. Was too tired at night to go wandering so I don't remember much about what was around.

stayed there last July. It can be a hassle to get to if you try & make a left turn to get into. I had no trouble whatsoever getting in and out as there is about 4 different ways in/out and depending on what direction you are coming/going from, you should be able to zip right in and out if you use the right route.

Nice quiet area right off Intl. Drive, (just north of the Wyndham) behind the Perkins on Sand Lake Road/Intl. Drive. It seemed to be a little far to walk to most restaurants, but I didn't attempt it as it was so easy to drive. I'm sure it could be done though.

Rooms were nice, continental breakfast is early though & they put it away early, so get down there quick to get it.

Thanks for the advice - much appreciated. At least we now know what we are letting ourselves in for (had a feeling the roads would be busy due to the closeness to Sand Lake Road)
