Fair#iel* Inn - Many questions

Hi all first time poster here....

We are staying at Fair#iel* Inn for 10 nights in July. What are the best rooms to request???

I know we want a park view room... but is higher better??

I have read a bit about the refurb. Are these all the rooms or are there now some better than others??

Does anyone know if they provide cots or high chairs? Are they free or a charge??

Is there any way to pay for less parking if you are a guest? I have read on trip advisor that parking fills up quickly. If we are staying there and it gets full where else are we meant to park???
