I have had a Fair FX card for a few days and just activated it a few hours ago and added some funds. The funds are showing on the account but when I tried to book some Ryan air flights it declined the card. Anyone any ideas

Did you set up a euro card, or dollar?
Reason i ask is that, and I could be way wrong, that if its a dollar card you wont be able to pay a uk/ireland company with it, only US.
I also recall having problems paying for things online with mine, no problem in person, just internet.
Sometimes the money can show on the account but not be cleared yet, might be worth trying again tomorrow morning.

all the reasons I could think of there, sorry I dont have a better answer. Hope you get it sorted:hug:

Thanks Claire, I added £90 to it yesterday but tried to spend the full balance, I then added another few ££'s extra that would leave a balance on the card and it worked!

The card is set up in ££'s it's main use id for booking Ryanair flights, I just did not want to pay £40 in charges!!!
