I'm trying to figure out how to have the faded black border look on my photos... I'm using paint shop photo pro, if anyone can help me!

Thanks. :)

open your picture...

then click image...add borders....

then click on symetric.....choose your color...and choose your size, you might need to play with the size a little to get it the way you want it..

I have Paint Shop Pro XI -

Go to the IMAGE tab and then find the option for PICTURE FRAME (You have to already have a photo open) - then there is a drop-down menu for a bunch of different photo frames - included faded ones, the ones that look like pieces of tape, ones that look like actual photo frames, etc.

Good luck!

There is also the "borders" option but the picture frames are a little more "creative" looking. I think that's what you are looking for - just click on different ones and see what effects they have.

you should try the borders, it's a great way to give a pic a double matted look with the colors of your choice..
