I am going to take my 2 1/2 year old to the Princess Breakfast in Norway. I will be buying her a princess dress at home. Where can I get her face painted in Epcot for the occasion and do you think she is too young to have it painted? Thanks!

I don't know of a place in Epcot. There is a stand outside at the Boardwalk hotel (which is close and has a back entrance into Epcot)- but I don't know if it is open in the mornings.

The only park I've seen facepainting was at MK in Toontown. At that young of an age it may bother her a little. My DD was 5 and after 20 minutes wanted her face washed. I had mine done at MNSSHP last year and it did make my face feel a little "tight".

I can't help with facepainting locations in Epcot, but I know we've done it in the MK, MGM and AK. My DD had her face painted at 2 years old and loved it! When she cried or smeared it, we could just go to another facepainting stand and they would touch it up for free, even if they didn't offer the same design at that particular stand. It was a great service, I think we had hers fixed about three times throughout the day. One thing that helped her enjoy it was we had her face painted at a local festival a month or two before going to WDW so she was familiar with the feeling, and she of course had watched her sister have hers done in the past so it made her feel like a "big girl." The only funny thing was, after she had her face painted she insisted that I had to have mine done too!

My vote would be too young. just from the case of "Don't touch it" I don't think she would totally get that and you might end up with a huge smudge. As for getting it touched up- do you want to spend your day looking for touch up places. Plus isn't it hot?
One thing that we noticed as new are tatoo spots - They last about a week my kids got these and loved them.
Also I don't believe there is a face paint place at EPCOT. Have fun. But my vote again is no

I had my face painted at MNSSHP last year and the paint stained my shirt (it was late, I was tired and brushed my shirt against my face while taking it off that night).

I think you will get a major melt down if she gets it on her special dress and it won't come off. If you really want to do this wait for another day when she isn't wearing something you care about.

Since she will be a "princess" why not just put some flavoured lip gloss on her and maybe a little of your eyeshadow? That would be more appropriate to the costume. Have a great time.

I don't know if she is too young but she might enjoy it more if she were older.
I second the idea of having a special lip gloss and some eye shadow. You could get a glittery body roller (or spray like at Bath and Body Works)for her to have special "pixie dust" on her arms that she can re-apply through the day. Maybe a little purse would be suitable to keep her treasures in. You could give her princess stuff all through the day for her purse.

You can have your face painted in Epcot when you walk from Future World to World Showcase in the direction of Canada.

I am not sure that it would be open for the morning. I guess it depends on what time your breakfast is.

As far as if she is too young. She might be. My 1 1/2 year old would not let them come near her with a brush. But I guess it depends on your child's temperment. She might enjoy it if she loves to dress up. You may want to just ask for something "small" as opposed to the full face painting that they do. I have done that several times with my older daughter and they have always been willing to do something on her cheek rather than her full face.
