Does anybody know how you can read someone else's profile on facebook? I created an account but still can't seem to figure it out. Thanks!

You get to "read someone else's profile on facebook" when they accept an invite from you to read yours.

It depends on the security settings for their profile. Some people allow anyone to view their info. Others only allow "friends" to see theirs. You can search the name of the person you want to see. Click on the one you want. If the whole profile pops up you are done. If nothing happens, click on the friend request link, then they have to approve you.

There are lots of ways to find friends. One is to use the "e-mail friend finder", which will search your e-mail contacts for people who are on facebook. Or you can search for people in certain schools, etc. Another thing you can do is look for "groups" that might have people you know in them. Some churches and clubs have groups, for example. Once you have some friends, look at their friends. Chances are you'll know some of them, and you can start building up a network of friends.

It all depends on how they have theirs set. Mine, for instance, only my friends can see my profile. Some people have their profile public where anyone can see thier info/pics.

Depends on the persons privacy settings.

Generally though, in order to see someone elses profile, you either have to:

A- be their friend
B- have received a message from them (either they start, or they reply to yours)
