facebook question

On my profile I have my high school listed as well as the year (1988). Why am I not listed when I go to the high school and year? I even did a search with my other facebook account and can't find me. Do you need approval first? I'm not using my maiden name on facebook and really have no desire to either....

Check your privacy settings in the networks area. You may have hidden yourself.

Hmn...I did check my privacy settings & I'm still not listed. I'll keep trying to figure this out - ugh!

For schools you must add someone else from that school and when they add you it will prove you actually go there.

Hmm..I think so.


If adding someone in your grade doesn't work then give it a day or two. Sometimes it takes time to process.

Why not use your maiden name? Those you have lost touch with won't know who you are if you don't.

Have you actually joined your schools FB group?

I have joined it. I have a picture of me and my dd in my profile so people would be able to recognize me that way.
