Thanks everybody! Any more? I think my husband would love to be a tiger.....gggrrrrrr.

I got my niece's face done at AK by the flying Dinosaurs in Dinoland. At first I thought $15 was a little high, but the painter did a BEAUTIFUL job and my niece just LOVED it. It was worth every penny, several people told my niece how pretty she looked or how cool the painting was and she just glowed. Everytime we went by a mirror she stopped to look at her face painting and smiled. They do an excellent job! It was very sad when she went in the pool that night and the painting came off. Take lots of pictures!

The other place I saw that they had face painting was just when you are entering Toontown in MK to the right. Other than that, I don't know where they are all located.

These are so beautiful! Thanks to all of you who shared your pics! I had no idea they would like so professional and elegant, even the animals look stunning.
I think your idea for MNSSHP is a great one!

Toontown has awesome face painters! DS7 got his face painted like a pirate and he wore it proudly all day throughout MK and then on to Epcot. There were 4-5 other boys waiting in line, so my son thought it was cool. And lots of lovely little girls got pretty butterflies and princesses. Like others posted, they're in the $8-$15 range.

It wasn't something we had planned to do, and as a result, we went at not a great time -- Noon -- and that was the longest line we waited in all trip.

Does anyone have a picture of the pirate face painting? I would love to see that. Thanks!

Me, again! So wish that the Dis board had a way to just insert a digital photo (rather than linking from another site), because DS7's pirate face painting was GREAT!

It was actually a very elaborate face painting, complete with blue bandana, gold earring, patch, thickened eyebrows, and a scar -- everything looked like cloth or textured, but was all makeup/paint/glitter.

I still get a smile on my face with how proud he was walking around like that, and also the looks on some of the other kids' faces! One child around his age just stared and stared at him while we were waiting inside the Hall of the Presidents for the next show. Think the kid was trying to figure out whether DS was real or not. Don't recall any pirates in Congress, ha ha. :wizard:

My DD had her face painted at AK and it cost about $15. Here she is right after it was done:

Hi, You can get it done at Mickey's Toon Town Fair... It's to the right when you enter and I believe it's called 'The Body Shop' or something. They have old time car seats that the kids sit in while they are getting their faces painted.

We got ours done in WS at Epcot.

We got ours done in the Animal Kingdom. DS was $10 and DD was $12. The kids LOVED it, and the paint they use didn't sweat off at all. In fact, we had to wipe their faces later in the day to go swimming and DS's face was slightly green and DD's eyebrows were blue for the rest of the day, lol.

Wow those are amazing. My boys rub any paint off their faces within 3-60 minutes after getting their face painted though :( so it wouldn't be worth it. Maybe DD will do it :)

Thank you everybody! Now I just have to decide if I want a pink or purple sweatsuit to be a beautiful butterfly, or a yellow one to be a cougar, or an orange one to be a tiger, or a green lizard colored suit, or.....................

these are so beautiful.....thanks to everyone for posting their pics...love children's painted faces in photographs...can't wait for June 11th! I see a lot of lovely photographs of my dd in my future....

It seems we should be able to get them done at whatever park we happen to be at the day of MNSSHP. The quality seems to be EXCELLENT at all locations! Thank you so much to all who posted. You all look MAH-VA-LOUS dah-lings!
