Face painting?

We have done the face painting many different times at locations throughout WDW...but DL is an unknown to us. Can we get DD's face painted anywhere at DL or DCA? THanks!

<font color=navy>I've seen kids with their faces painted before, but not sure if it's done at Paradise Pier at DCA or New Orleans at DL. You might ask at City Hall on Main Street - they would know, or at least be able to find out.

We were there this week and they had it at one of the parks but I can't remember where.
