The other day I posted a question about Ridemax at WDW. Imagine my surprise when Mark, the owner/author of RideMax sent me an email!! He answered my question and this morning sent me updated info about our trip. So often on the DIS, we have complaints about poor service, I wanted to post about the absolutely fantastic customer service that Mark has provided.
