Don't ever buy really thick towels for your camper, those suckers take forever to dry, walmart has thin towels 1.50 that work out really well, in all colors. Anyone else have a no-no to share ? Or a must have ?

I got a bunch of microfiber towels. Super absorbent and really light/thin. The only downside is that you can't use fabric softener when you wash them.

My "Must Have" would be the cloth and mesh shoe holder on the back of our bathroom door. It holds all of our toiletries. I have every thing from bug spray to medications all in their own pocket.

Do tell, where did you buy this at ?

I have super-thick towels. When I'm on vacation I want things to feel comfortable and somewhat pampered. If we were still camping with the kids, I'd go with the thin towels too.

One of my must haves is Gel Gloss to keep the interior of the MH sparkling and protected.

terri01p-I got the shoe holder at Wal-mart. It is the exact size of our bathroon door. I keep everything in it. There are 16 "pockets" total. I did add velcro to the bottem corners to keep it from swaying when we are traveling.

Hey I don't blame you there. That's how I feel about the sheets on my bed I payed a stupid price for them just so I could feel as if I were in a fancy hotel bed :cloud9: .

Same here. We had a cold thunderstorm last night. Wish I could be one of those snowbirds in FW right now.

Thanks, Terri! LOL - you're probably one of those envied Prevost owners.

We just got the MH last summer after camping for 18 years in a trailer. It's quite a change.

Actually we got into camping because of our love of WDW. We used to make frequent trips there with our 3 kids and my parents. It was expensive to rent 2 rooms or a condo, so we bought the trailer and all 7 of us slept in it. We'd go down, buy an annual passport, stay two weeks, and the next year 2 weeks before our passports would expire we'd go down for another 2 weeks. Did that for years and figured we paid for the TT pretty quickly. But now the kids are grown, my parents aren't in any condition to travel that far, and it's just the 2 of us plus the dog. I'm about 95% finished decorating the MH with my thick towels, original artwork, etc. One of these days hope to live in it at least 6 months every year, and hopefully that will include several trips to FW.
