F&WF and FD in sept 2014?

since FD is starting a week earlier in Sept (http://www.wdwmagic.com/events/inte...starts-earlier-this-year-for-extended-run.htm), I am really leaning towards there NOT being a FD offer for sept 2014...right? the past several years, the Aug/Sept FD offer has ended before F&WF started the last wkend of Sept, so either there will be FD offer that ended in mid sept instead of late sept ...OR there will be no FD offer...RIGHT?
what are your thoughts?

ALSO: how bad will crowds be the first wk of FWF with is starting earlier this year??
