I was looking at someone's pictures of the Food & Wine food booths and there is the Dining Plan symbol next to several offerings. Does that symbol mean you can redeem a snack credit for that item?

Yes, if the item has a DDP symbol next to it you can use a snack credit to purchase it. Keep in mind that some of the items are a better value than other's when using your snack credits. The dining plans cost out to a snack being about $4.

Yes, any non-alcoholic food or beverage item at the kiosks can be purchased with a snack credit. The eligible items will be marked with the purple DDP logo. Because some of the items are as much as $6.50 - $7.00 it's a great use of the snack credits.
