I need some advice please. When we were at WDW 3 weeks ago, I bought one of the brown Food and Wine t-shirts at Epcot. I really like this t-shirt, but I just noticed that it has a small round hole in it. I know I've done nothing to cause this hole and feel like it was probably there when I purchased it. I've only washed this shirt once and worn it only a couple of times. I know it's probably too late, but do you reckon I could call anyone at WDW and somehow do an exchange or something. Ordinarily I wouldn't even be concerned but I really do like this shirt and I can just see the hole getting bigger and bigger. Thanks for any advice.

I hope something can be done for you, but I have no advice as to how to even start checking into this.

I bought a Mickey "America" banner two years ago to hang outside. One side had "AMERICA" sewn nicely on it. The other side had "AWERICA" sewn on. I think your shirt and my banner may have come from the same pacific rim source.

Dizny Dad - Wow! I'm sure error that was extremely disappointing to see. I know now to examine all my Disney gear with an inspector's eye!

WolfpackFan,
I'm not sure if they can help, but below is a link with info for the WDW Mail Order department. I know others have used this number in the past to purchase items directly from the parks once they have returned home.....hopefully they can help you as well! It's worth a try, maybe they can direct you to another contact if possible (and before the F&W gear is gone!).

Good luck!

Disney is always pretty good about returns.
You may not weant to mention that you wore it and washed it.
And are pretty sure the hole was there.

Most stores will only take back "new"merchendise"

I would email them a see what they say.If you really like the shirt at the very least you may be able to buy a replacement.

check for a phone number on your receipt (WDW merchandise locations, not seperate vendors).
they should be able to help :)
