hope I can figure this out...

we stared at Canada and Greece, DH and DD tried the Lecellier Filet, they loved it, I tried the Cheddar Cheese soup, love it! Was so excited forgot to take pics, sorry..but above is of the Crème Brulee and I thought it was very delicious, creamy with a chocolate taste, but not to much with a crunchy toffee like topping..
once I put this up and if it goes up correctly I will start adding more today, tonight and in morn...

yeah figured it out! as I said above went by Greece and we tried the griddled Cheese, none of us were impressed, I know others like it, to each there own I guess;)

DH wanted to try the Beef Bourguigon, he really liked it, DD tried some as well and said the same, I didn't, I was to into the Crème Brulee, lol

next we went to New Zealand and tried the Lamb Meatball, we all shared this, mixed reviews, I thought it had nice flavor, touch of spice to the sauce, Dh loved it and DD did not..

on to Italy..OMG I loved the Ravioli, as did DD's best friend, DH tried one bite of mine and DD one bite of her besties and both said yuck?? oh well more for us,lol..I guess they just didn't like the cheese in it, we are a cheese lovin family, but DH can't stand Riccota..

next Africa, it was me that wanted to try the Spinach and Paneer Cheese pocket because I love spinach, but I was not impressed, so much in fact that I gave it to DH and quickly got a drink to wash the flavor out, but DH thought it was pretty good with a touch of spice but not to spicy(so he says), I thought it was quite spicy, but it doesn't take much for me..

above is the Mahi Mahi from Singapore, can't tell you what it tasted like as I can't stand fish, but DD and her bestie loves fish and always wanted to try some so they did, DD said it was ok but the green stuff on top was overwhelming, lol, but the bestie said it was awesome!

DH wanted to try the Ribeye Taco in Mexico as he is a steak lover, he said it was alright that it was the salsa that made it, I agree as I tried one little bite and the steak was pretty bland.

can't personally comment on the Garlic Shrimp in Australia, but DD loves shrimp and is picky, her and her bestie both said this was I quote "the bomb"

on to the Rose and Crown!

this is the most recent menu, we ate at 3:00 it was a surprise for DD for her birthday and what a surprise it was. Emma our waitress was so sweet and explained the menu to us and had all the workers there sign a crown for DD!

DD ordered the Fish and Chips, she shared with her bestie, being they were pretty full from F&W, both said it was delicious and the best Cod Fish they had ever had!

I got the Cottage Pie, all I have to say is oh my goodness..it was sooo good, once Emma told me that they no longer put mushrooms in it, I was sold and so glad I was, from the gravy to the meat/carrots, the creamy potatoes and slight crunchiness of the yummy cheese on top, needless to say I was so full after this I was fixing to pop,lol

DD's bestie got the cheese platter, umm, well she tried it and said she was full and some of it was nasty, so we tried some, the one on the far end was so gross we all spit it out..but the Irish cheddar in the middle was very good, had a sharpness to it, good flavor, on the closest end was a garlicy onion type cheddar and to me was delicious and tasted greats with the chips they brought with it.

DH got the burger, which he thought was very good, had good flavor, he didn't care for the fried pickle that came with it, but overall good.

We did try a few other things that I also forgot to take a pic of. The Frozen Smores was very tasty, the Belguim Chocolate truffles, yummy! DH and I tried the Fried Pineapples, now we like pineapples, but just didn't care for this, but it was ok and for the price, not bad... we finally got some of the Caramel Popcorn in Germany, I think it is very good. We also tried the Artisan Cheese Selection at the Cheese Kiosk, like I said before we are cheese lovers here, but for DH to not care for or DD, in our family says something, we actually wasted money and threw it away... wanted to try so many other things, but we were just to full to carry on...maybe next year. Overall we had a wonderful great experience, it wasn't overly crowded, very manageable and mostly DD had a wonderful and fun Sweet 16 that she will never forget!:thumbsup2

Glad you had fun and didn't have to fight the crowds. :)
