Does anyone know if there is anywhere that would post the times of wine/beer tasting demonstrations, and any other freebie events for F&W festival? TIA

I'd like to know too.

Someone posted on the restaurant board that the food booths don't open until Noon, but I haven't been able to confirm that info. Does anyone know when the booths have usually opened?

Deb Wills site will probably have something but not until the Fest actually starts. Disney does not release the brochure until then.
