This will be our first year to visit the Food and Wine Festival, I was checking out the signs and prices for the samples. My question is will they add tax to the price that is listed on the menu board. Just wondering to carry cash or get a Disney Gift Card. Thanks for any information that you could give us.

I'm going for the gift card. With the smaller size and wristband, it will makes things much easier and hopefully...quicker.
