F&W - Passport book availability?

Hi. We'll be at WDW mid-late October. When we've arrived in late Oct or early Nov, it seems that the F&W passport books are depleted. For those that have been in the last year or two, do you think they will sill be available around October 20/21? We enjoy browsing/using those while touring the festival.

We've gone the first week of November the last few years and never had trouble grabbing a passport at most any food booth.

I've gone on the last day of the festival for past 2 years (11/16/15 and 11/14/16) and not had an issue either.

Lots at all the booths this weekend and people were handing them out at the entrances.

We were there on the last two days of the Festival in 2015 and I was able to pick up a passport. Now the shirts and pins on the other hand...
