A newbie here, so I need all the help I can get! We are excited to be coming to the F&W; we leave on Friday. We are trying to time dinner reservations on Monday when the Beach Boys are playing. Where do the bands play, and does anyone know what time the concert starts? Any strategies on how much in advance you need to arrive, etc.? Thanks in advance!

They play at 5:45, 7:00 and 8:15 PM.
I would plan on getting there about an hour early. The line on Friday night at 5:00 was very long and not sure that those in the back of the regular line made it in for the first show.
They also put up half walls at the back of the American Gardens theatre stage so it would be hard to stand in the back and see the performers.
Location is American Gardens Theatre Stage.
PS: as far as I know there is no Dinner package that guarantees you a seat. There was a handicapped line and on the other side a regular line.

I am not to sure if there is a Party for the Senses for the Beach Boys. We got the package for our visit. You might want to check the main page to see if there is a package for them. I know we have special seating, I believe it is something like candlelight.

It was really luck, but we had the last lunch seating at Le Cellier which was 2:40 p.m. We had a nice leisurely lunch about 90 min. stopped for a wine tasting and made it to America to see Kool and the Gang @ 5:45. They were so good we went to all 3 shows. They changed outfits and songs, so each show was like a new concert. After the last show, we had an excellent spot to view Illuminations. By then it was close to 10 pm, so we stopped at Beaches and Cream for Burgers. Worked out great!
