F & W F Questions

This will be our first. We love eating at San Angel, Le Cellier, Nine Dragons and will be trying Biergarten again and Garden Grill for the first time. We typically will get a priority seating for these but usually wait until we get to WDW to do so.

My ? is.....with FWF going on will it be harder than usual to get these priority seatings?

I've never gone without PS's so don't know for sure, but I would tend to think that since the festival draws so many people in and into WS area, it might be more difficult to get in.

We usually plan at least one sitdown dinner during F&W fest, the restaurants have always been busy..just like normal, so if you really want to eat somewhere, I would suggest a ps. Otherwise..just be open to whatever place can fit you in.

I think most people plan on "sampling" all the F&WF booths and so the restaurants aren't as crowded. Last year, (on a Saturday night) my DH and I were "sampled out" and so we went to the Rose & Crown at the last minute and were able to be seated right away.

The F&W Festival gets really crowded on the weekends, usually starting Friday night. By Sat. afternoon/early evening, it can be packed. Trying to get a seat at any restaurant without a PS might be close to impossible. Having been to the F&WF, I highly recommend making a PS for any dinners you want to eat in a WS restaurant for any evening. It's just easier and faster.

I'd agree with AladdinsPrincess - I would assume (assume being the key word here, lol) that it would be easier to get into the sit-downs, as people are full from sampling....

We were there last tear for the F&W and it was Jersey week. There were lines at the sampling booths. We had a PS at Le CEllier and still had to wait. So make the PS to be safe.
