If you make a reservation for the F! dinner package, you receive the same entitlements regardless if you are on the DDP or paying OOP. It is a fixed price meal that includes an appetizer, an entree, a non alcoholic beverage, and a dessert. If you are paying OOP, the price for MM is 32.99 for an adult and 11.99 for a child ages 3-9. BD has an a la carte menu. If you are on the DDP, MM requires 1 TS credit and BD requires 2 TS credits. The fixed menu is fixed only in the sense that your appetizer, entree, drink, and dessert are included in a "fixed" price. It becomes confusing for the DDP since appetizers are not traditionally included in a TS credit. But PP are correct with the metioned exceptions to the rule. All PP have been great with the help on this!!!

Now there might be some limitations on the menu when you get there but I haven't seen anyone report that (for example, on the CP packages you can't order lobster).

Which is interesting that that rule is still in place, because none of the CP package restaurants serve lobster. Teppan Edo and Coral Reef used to have lobster entrees, but they were removed from the menus well over a year ago.

WDW-DINE is known to give inaccurate information about menus and restaurant policies - in my opinion it should be used to make restaurant reservations and for nothing else.
