F! on Thursday June 11?

Did anyone who paid for it get to stay for F! after the fireworks? I was wondering how this worked out because the fireworks started a little late and then it took forever to clear out Main Street. We lingered taking photos and it was well after 10pm that the VIPs were escorted to the F! viewing area. I asked a CM and they said they were VIPs only no paid customers. I know some people had posted on MP that they were able to pay for reserved seating but wondered how this worked out because the last I had heard the reserved seating was supposed to be for 9:15pm showing of F! and I didn't hear anything about it happening before then. I forgot to grab a times guide for that day on my way in, so... I think I saw it going off well after 10:30pm or closer to 11pm if I'm not mistaken. We were in the car and saw the smoke and laser lights as we drove by. Just curious...

Yes we stayed and saw it...it did run late, as did the fireworks. My guess was they had to bring the VIPS over from the EP which ran at 8.30...so fireworks got pushed out, and then there was a bit of a wait with F!

It all worked out well, although the seating was (as at other times) a complete mess. Because in this case the fireworks were before F!, people wanted to be seated to see them. But the Cms were not really on to it quickly enough...once the lights were dimmed they said they wouldn't keep seating...cue crowd mutiny, seating begins!

I must say that the actual check in seating business is always extremely tedious, and I cannot see why they just don't give you seat numbers when you book. Letting customers pick out seats in the half dark is a very silly way to do it, especially when you already have all the info about group sizes. Also - they don't resell no show seats,so again...why check in?
