F! Dining package meal times

Going in Jan on day with one F! at 7pm.

Was hoping to book F! package for Mama Melrose for 12pm lunch or as late dinner as possible (?4pm).

Checked and saw 12pm MM F! packages for Nov available, but see others saying only late lunch times are available.

Any insight on this? How limited/tough is it to book?

I think people are posting about late lunch in regards to no longer having dinner ADR availability.
