EZ Pass on 417 and/or 528?

Can anyone confirm that EZ pass is now accepted on 417 and/or 528?
Not yet. The Expressway Authority says they are behind schedule, and expect it to be ready later this summer.

When it is implemented, it will only be on parts of 417. It will be accepted between MCO and the International Drive/Epcot exit. It will not be accepted at the Osceola Pkwy/AK/DHS/MK exit or beyond, to 192 for example. Although the I-Drive exit is only signed for Epcot, you can easily reach the other parks from there as well.

It will not be accepted on 528, which is operated by the FL Turnpike, who so far has not announced firm plans for interoperability.

Actually, part of SR-528 WILL accept E-ZPASS. FDOT owns the section from I-4 to just west of Boggy Creek Rd. CFX owns from Boggy Creek east to SR-520.

Toll roads shown in purple on the map linked to below are CFX owned and will accept E-ZPASS later this year.

Sure; many of the Orlando expressways are partially CFX & partially Florida Turnpike Enterprise.

I was addressing travel between MCO & WDW. There is one mainline plaza, which is operated by the Turnpike. Also, there are extra-toll express lanes under construction which are projected to open partially by the end of the year, and they will not be E-ZPass compatible as things stand now.

Found this on the CFX website this morning (8/2/2018):
The Central Florida Expressway Authority (CFX) and the E-ZPass Group, a network of toll road agencies operating from Maine to North Carolina and west through Illinois, announced today that the E-ZPass toll transponder will be accepted on CFX’s Metro Orlando toll roads beginning September 1, 2018. CFX is the first Florida toll agency to join the E-ZPass network bringing the total number of states served by E-ZPass to 17.
